Quality Policy

It is the policy of Canadian Logistics to provide our customers with inspection and reporting services that meet or exceed their expectations.

Canadian Logistics believes that the responsibility for quality services requires the full participation of each and every employee.  The process begins with commitment and support from management, and continues through with the training process where competent field personnel accept the responsibility for providing quality service in every vehicle inspection Canadian Logistics performs.

Employees shall be made aware of the company Quality Policy by quality audits, quality assurance procedures, and employee training.  This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure that it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
